Analogue clock with black dial.

General features of the KUS SEA V series
The instrument housings of this series are protected to IP 67. They are dust-proof and waterproof to a depth of one meter. The glass of the instruments is double-insullated, which provides excellent protection against fogging. Installation is extremely simple: the instrument is inserted from the front through the 52 mm drill hole and secured with a union nut from the rear. Supply power with the multi-plug. All instruments have backlighting. Options of red or yellow colour background light. The units are designed for 12 volt operation, but can also be operated in 24 volt systems by using a series resistor. The black-dial version is supplied witha black plastic bezel, the white dial with a white bezel. The bezels are easy to exchange. Temperature range between approx. -40 C to +80 C. Current consumption without illumination: 4-5 mA at 12 V (corresponds to approx. 3.6 Ah7 month), current consumption (@12 V) with illumination: 17 mA.

Connections
Pin 1 - BLUE = Battery NEG (terminal 31)
Pin 2 - RED = 12 or 24 V Battery POS (terminal 30, constant pos)
Pin 3 - BLACK = to button (time setting)
Pin 4 - ORANGE = Dash lighting (only red possible !!! ) (terminal 58)
Pin 5 - YELLOW = to button (time setting)

Note

The clock can be operated on both 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems without series resistor.
As the clock does not have a back-up battery, it should be connected to the constant positive (terminal 30).
Should power supply be lost, the clock will stop until it is restored, after which it can be easily adjusted to the current time using the push-button (included): Pressing the button briefly causes the hands to move slowly, pressing the button longer causes the hands to move forward more quickly.
