Product details

This LED reading light from SEATEC features a classic design and gives a cozy feeling to your rooms on board thanks to the warm white light colour (2700 K).

Dim via the fully adjustable touch switch on the reading light and set the brightness to any level desired. The illuminated ring around the switch can be turned on or off and helps to find the light in the dark more quickly. Featuring an integrated memory function that ensures the previously set level is used the next time the light is switched on.

Charge mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets via the handy USB port. With open cables for connection (30 cm length). The light features a robust housing made of chromed aluminium.

Installation
Remove the included mounting ring from the housing using a 1.5 allen key and affix to the desired location using 3 mm diameter screws (not included). Fix the light back onto the mounting ring using the grub screw.

Nice design, bad quality

I installed 6 pieces of this lamp in the ship and after only 6 months the really cheap "chrome plating" started to blister and all lamps now look worse than the beautiful 30-year-old brass lamps that were installed in the ship, but unfortunately seem inappropriate for the new interior design. It's a shame, because I really liked the design and the USB connection, but the quality is just miserable. I will now replace all the lamps and unfortunately throw them in the bin. I advise everyone not to buy this lamp and I hope that the manufacturer will improve it. This lamp does not deserve the marine seal and will probably bring joy to a mobile home owner. But in my experience it is definitely not suitable for the harsh marine environment. A bad buy, which, in addition to time and money, unfortunately also wasted material and unfortunately confirms that in many respects better quality was delivered in the past.
