after swallowing three times...

...and for lack of alternatives from other suppliers, I ordered the part. At first glance, the quality is decent, very solid. Whether the protective grille will actually work in muddy water (French, channels) as far as the engine's cooling water supply is concerned remains to be seen. But okay, without a grille, a clogged intake every 15 minutes is standard.

Oh, I really had to swallow hard at the price of almost 90 bucks for the 2-inch part!!! It's just a single part. And you also have to bring the screws, nothing included...
