Product details

The CLIPPER Duet combines sonar and speed/distance log in one unit. Supplied complete with depth and speed transducers. Constant display of depth and speed. Settings and alarms are identical to the single function instruments. Power consumption is only 20 mA (+ 35 mA for lighting). Replacement paddlewheels and through-hull sleeves are available separately.

Our tips for the proper assembly of this unit:

First you need to connect the display to the power and connect it to the transducer. Place the transducer in a plastic bag full of water and hold it on the hull until a stable depth reading is obtained. The transducer can be permanently fixed at this point if a stable reading is given. If a good depth reading cannot be obtained, you should install the transducer through the hull.
