In truth, I can't say anything about it yet I treated the new echo sensor with it, but I can only give feedback on its effectiveness after one season. It is easy to apply, however, and the measurement accuracy is not affected - provided you follow the application instructions and are meticulous about not creating any air pockets.

Product details

Note:

Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information prior to use.
Innovative and effective Eco antifouling, specially developed for the transducers of fishfinders and echo sounders. This water-based antifouling paint is solvent-free, copper-free and complies with the guidelines of most echo sounder manufacturers.
After sanding, apply 2–3 coats to the sensor using a brush. It can also be diluted with water. The drying time is approx. 2 hours at 20°C. Contents: 70 ml. Colour: black.

Note
Transducers and sensors are very sensitive. The antifouling should therefore ideally be diluted with fresh water and applied in as thin a layer as possible.
