Product details
Sikaflex® - 292i is a pasty one-component marine adhesive, suitable for dynamically stressed structural bondings. Applicable on surfaces like wood, metal, especially aluminum (also anodized), primers and lacquering (two-component systems), ceramic materials and plastics. This adhesive ensures permanent seal with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C. Note: Not suitable for transparent plastic and glass.2
Sikaflex® 292i is a paste-like, stable, single-component adhesive developed for boat and shipbuilding. It is extremely adhesive. When exposed to humidity, it transforms into an elastomer. This structural adhesive offers excellent adhesion and high mechanical strength.
Sikaflex® - 292i meets the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001/14001 quality management system and the Responsible Care programme.
NOTE!
Before application, preliminary tests should be carried out with original materials under the respective conditions.
