The
Harken Carbo T2 Loop Block is a robust and versatile block for demanding sailing conditions. The Carbo series stands for high strength and low weight - combined with low-friction ball bearings, the result is particularly smooth and efficient running.
Thanks to the loop fastening, the block can be mounted quickly and flexibly, making it ideal for a wide variety of sheets, halyards or control lines on dinghies, sports boats and yachts. The robust, lightweight carbo-composite construction ensures long-lasting and reliable performance, even with repeated use.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Blocks:
- Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
- For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
- Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
- Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
- Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
- Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
