Consume the can after tipping it together, it becomes hard despite the lid, unit too large. Note SVB: The paint is a 2-component product. Only mix the amount that can also be used or processed.

You should only mix the amount that is required for the respective work step, since residual amounts harden even in the absence of air.

Product details

This 2-component polyurethane varnish from International is particularly UV-resistant, extremely durable and has excellent gloss and mechanical abrasion resistance. Its powerful UV filter ensures excellent gloss retention. The varnish is resistant to diesel oil, gasoline, oil, mild acids and leaches. PERFECTION PLUS is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Coverage: about 13.3 m²/litre. Thinner no.9.

Application instructions:

For coated surfaces:
Clean thoroughly and allow to dry. Sand with 320-400 grit and remove dust residues.

For uncoated surfaces:

Bare wood: Sand first with 120 and 240 grit then with 320 grit and remove dust. Then seal with Fast Dry Clear Wood Sealer.
Oily woods: Degrease the surface carefully with Thinner No. 9 and allow to dry. Then sand with 320 grit.

Application: Thoroughly clean and degrease. Sand and rinse the substrate. Then apply the first coat of clear varnish diluted by 10-25%. Then apply 3 undiluted coats.

Drying time at 15° C: 7 hours
Processing time at 15° C: min. 14 hours
Processing temperature: +10° C to max. 35° C
