This solar module is ideally suited for all battery charging applications. Highest charging currents despite the smallest size! This powerful mono-crystalline solar cell combines high voltage charging at high temperatures with excellent charging performance even with low solar radiance. Thus, the use of different light spectra and the lowest temperature coefficient provide optimum battery charge – in all weather, all year long! The voltage-free cell with space technology ensures high reliability.

Three of these panels have been mounted on the davits for about five years. They deliver power daily, generating 2.24 MWh over 41,500 nautical miles so far. The effective peak output at spring temperatures (20°C air temperature) is approximately 120W, or 0.84kWh per panel per day. It decreases fairly linearly, sometimes inversely with temperature.

On a normal day with a bit of haze in the air, I get about 80W, but have been up to 100W.
