Product details

A light wind scoop made of polyester canvas, providing optimum cabin ventilation. Produced with ultra-light polyester fabric to prevent fluttering in the wind and any annoying whistling and flapping noise. Trimmed with a reinforced band over the seams for increased durability and optimum strain resistance. The bottom of the scoop has two eyelets for fastening (yellow fabric). The sail is then pulled tight over these two points and hangs from a halyard, leaving the back part of the scoop to fly free and drive airflow into the hatch, getting the most of every breeze. Includes nylon storage bag. Base area: 450 x 450 mm. Height: 1.82 m.

I bought this product thinking that it had a good finish and probably a special system for attaching it to the deck panel.
In reality, there are only eyelets at the bottom of the windsock. The manufacturer doesn't even bother to provide a line to attach it.
