Well, I actually really enjoy shopping here. I got an Icom box that ATIS needed to import. In the product "programming flat rate" there is nothing of a flat-rate handling fee of 15 € that comes on top. When I asked, they couldn't explain to me exactly why they would now come on top. It's a pity ... I have an ICOM box.

Well, the product, a handheld radio HX870E I have not yet in use, but the programming (first, based on the instructions) is very logical and even for a layman's handling is easy to learn. Unfortunately, I could not make the setting for USACanada myself, had to make with SVB for € 30, - plus postage, and even when returning to Euopa for the maritime radio again! That was in the description on the Internet so not marked. Only there was an indication that the spark can also be used there. Fortunately, I got busy in time to send the part for reprogramming. Was done quickly, but is annoying and also connected with costs. This should be pointed out in the future offer. Otherwise, the skipper will experience a stupid surprise when landfall in the New World.

A reprogramming should be self-executable in the present time \ r \ nbut SVB is fast and good

Bought July 2017 the Standard Horizon HX300E handheld marifoon. Apparently its delivered without channel 31. This is a constraint, as channel 31 is a standard channel for the harbours in Netherlands. Is there a possiblity to programm this myself?

Dear Walter, you have always to unlock the channels for Netherlands by products from germany. This is not possible by yourself because you need a special software for it. Your SVB-team.
