To ensure the railing wire set works to its full potential, please follow these steps:

Before tensioning: Unscrew the fork terminals evenly from the wire holder so that they are both sticking out at the same height.
Even tensioning: Pay attention that each terminal is threaded into the wire holder with the same amount of turns.
Prevent twisting: To keep the tension permanently, tighten the lock nuts firmly. This prevents unintentional loosening during use.

Absolutely NOT a purchase recommendation

PVC becomes completely sticky after 1.5 seasons.

We had wire ropes as a railing...and after a few years a bit of rust started to collect in the cracks.
I know the railing isn't a clothesline, but every now and then you want to dry a towel on it. They always got rust spots. Of course that's not nice.
So I was thrilled with the beautiful white railing wires here. Ordered 4 at once and everything was installed and replaced very easily!
Yay, I was finally able to hang the laundry on it without worrying that I would end up with rust stains.
Well, now after 1.5 seasons in the Mediterranean I can't hang on to it again. The PVC has softened and may have become sticky (
So if you don't want to change the railing every season, then try something else.

Hello, this set is for small boats only and one set is suitable for one side only so for 10m long boat you will need two sets. For large offshore boats I would suggest professional terminals as terminals included might not surrvive in rough sea conditions and high load. This set is good for lakes and small boats like mine Gib Sea 80+. Best, Pavel
