Does the Drive come with the shims, shaft key, washer, spring washer and lock screw to shaft and screws of bracket to drive like in the pics? (sprocket and chain I understand is missing)

Will you recommend the gear motor type 1 / 12v (model no. M81135) for the 36 feet (6000 kg displacement) sailing yacht with the wheel steering? Suppose, there is enough space below the deck to mount the motor and transmission elements. By the way, what are the overall dimensions of the gear motor? Are there drawings or some reference for the mechanical installation of it? Thanks in advance.
