Good solution I can only recommend! The antenna cable should be kept with standoffs from the stand at a distance. Most self-made standoffs are of lower quality and visually no enrichment for the boat.

Product details

How it works: If the high-voltage cable were routed directly along an uninsulated backstay, a large part of the transmitted HF power would be grounded via the backstay. Since the high voltage cable is already an antenna from a technical point of view, it should be able to transmit as freely as possible. This is only possible if the cable connected to the insulated backstay is separated using standoffs.
