Good product very well arranged, is very comfortable to wear and put on.

Very good fit and comfort Now used on all trips for a season. You can hardly feel it when you wear it, it's not that heavy, it doesn't press on your neck. The crotch strap keeps the vest stable.

Absolutely satisfied We have used the Spinlock Deckvest 3D 275 N so far and were actually satisfied. What was annoying, however, was that the collar always touched the neck. The successor model 6D is now cut deeper in the neck, is now extremely comfortable and is therefore highly recommended without reservation. The closure has also been redesigned and the annoying fiddling involved in the previous model is a thing of the past.

The automatic 6D life jacket from Spinlock combines comfort with functionality and is perfect for long-term use. Its unique shoulder-fit-system adapts to any shape and position, ensuring a snug fit on the shoulders at all times, and the compact design means mobility is not restricted.
This lifejacket also comes with a whole host of impressive features, including a highly effective LED flashing light, sprayhood with large visor, crotch strap, signal whistle and textile fabric D-ring for hooking a safety line. An optional distress transmitter can be easily added. Suitable for women and men from 40 kg. Colour of the float: neon yellow.

Unfortunately only one crotch strap

Unfortunately, more male users seem to have requested a crotch strap. As a woman, I found the two crotch straps on the previous model much more comfortable. Otherwise, it's a great vest that you wear and doesn't just sit around.

5-week cruise

We bought two of the vests and wore them daily for five weeks. As expected, the vests are of very high quality and a real upgrade in terms of comfort compared to our previous SeaTec vests.

A small zippered pocket on the side strap would have been desirable, in my case for a pocket knife, which I always like to have on the vest. Another positive feature is the manual release for the vest, which, unlike other models, isn't intrusive at all. The leg strap, like with almost all hobby vests, is still a nuisance. I've switched to attaching the vest to my waistband with a soft shackle, so it doesn't slide up in a fall, and I don't have any unwanted bulk between my legs.

Perhaps the ladies and gentlemen at Spinlock can come up with something else innovative here. Some work vests have thigh loops, but these are also a bit annoying. Meanwhile, my wife is sewing eyelets onto my sailing trousers so I can shackle my vest. -)

It is my second Spinlock Deckvest 275N. It's relatively expensive, but I find it comfortable to wear.
