Is it suitable to charge Sealed lead acid batteries? what should be the setting in the dip switch?
Yes, the factury setting will probably fit but read the manual! Chapter 5.1 is a warning: "Possibly, the standard battery charging voltage is not suitable for your batteries! Refer to the (battery) manufacturer's documentation or to your battery supplier!" That is important! Follow that! Chapter 5.2 says under header "Battery type": "The standard setting ... can also be used for many other batteries: e.g. ... many types of flat-plate flooded batteries. Four charging voltages can be set with DIP switches." You will find these 4 options in Chapter 5.4.1. DIP switch 1 to 3.
