Waterproof Torch / SOLAS approved

This waterproof torch is SOLAS approved and is standard equipment on ISO 9650-1 life rafts.
It is equipped with a bright 3 V / 0.5 W LED light and has a switch on the back that can be used to switch the light on and off permanently. When the torch is switched off, a push button on the long side enables the Morse function. Dimensions: 15.5 x 4.5 cm, weight without batteries: 139 g.

It comes with a pre-fitted wrist strap and a 3 V / 0.5 W replacement LED bulb with a P1.5S socket. Two type C batteries (baby cell) are required for operation. These are not included and are available separately.

Equip your ISO 9650-2 liferaft with this waterproof torch to make it suitable for offshore use. Before you start your offshore trip, we recommend making your own individual so-called grabbag. A grab-bag is a waterproof bag that is taken into the liferaft in case of an emergency at sea. As well as the standard equipment that is already in the life raft, a grab bag can be used to store other important personal items, such as personal medication, ID documents, etc. In an emergency, all important items are kept watertight in one place and can be taken off the ship in no time at all.
