Misleading measurements
Unfortunately, they were not the right dimensions. The Angben (installation diameter in Kataklog and on the website) are misleading. Telephone inquiries confirmed that the information in the PDF datasheet (dimension B) was wrong for the porthole model I chose (# 13681). The correct information is in the catalog and on the Internet. After fast delivery in super-packed packaging, it turned out to be the other way round. The data in the data sheet agree The installation dimension of 155 mm is wrong and does not correspond to the actual model ... I had to return it. The return procedure is very well done and easy to do. Unfortunately, I advise of questions to the service after 16.00 clock. The employee (today 20.06.2014) was audibly annoyed and waited only for his (certainly deserved) closing time. A pity, it started so well ...
