Description
The BAVARIA C-LINE C45 brings the feeling of a real luxury yacht to the 14-metre class. She immediately catches the eye with her long, elegant design and vast amount of space - both in the spacious cockpit with two steering wheels and in the light-flooded saloon. With her clear lines, flat deck and innovative solutions such as the large bathing platform, she evokes a sense of sailing on an even larger yacht. Anyone who values comfort on long cruises will find the perfect blend of dynamic performance and first-class features on this yacht.Bavaria C 45

Looks good on the outside, but it's awful on the inside. Sailing performance is sluggish, only exceeding 5 knots from force 4 onwards, but it can handle 40 knots (with reefing). Unfortunately, the workmanship is poor in many places. The steel is unsuitable for seawater (rust that can be removed with chemicals for 3 days, but then reappears from the fittings). Plastic parts crumble after 5 years, ceiling panels fall off, the platform winch has already been broken 3 times by marina staff (the spool is made of plastic!), the jib sheet has too much friction, the 80cm anchor guide profile is only attached with four M8 screws (sheared off), the swim ladder is only a plug-in type, the dinghy garage is "scaled" in the brochure (it only fits when deflated), and the cockpit table fittings are inadequately dimensioned.
