Excellent "Deck-Saloon" sailing boat Like every MOODY from the 1990s, the design (Bill Dixon) and construction quality are excellent. The twin-keel hull with a draft reduced to 1.15 m is very well designed and allows for interesting upwind angles for a cruising boat with very respectable performance. The shallow draft allows for approaches and anchoring that are prohibited by modern boats with a 2 m keel. The skeg rudder and MaxProp propeller shaft transmission are a sure thing. The masthead sloop rig (KempSeldèn) with furling mainsail and furling jib, perfect for single-handed or double-handed cruising... The interiors are incredibly comfortable, with a bathroom with a separate shower worthy of a 42'. The deck saloon eliminates the feeling of being in a "cellar," and the internal wheelhouse is fabulous in bad weather during the colder seasons. I've been sailing the Mediterranean for over 50 years, and this is the best boat I've ever owned.
