Compared to the last filter, this has been shortened by approx. 1.0 cm. \ R \ n \ r \ nThe old fastenings no longer fit. \ R \ n \ r \ nAlso a form of concealed price increase and annoying to boot \ n

Poor quality and expensive
We've used this filter for the second time.

It lasts maybe 4-5 months and then it's completely corroded from the inside out. You can tell because it starts to smell slightly.

The first time, I thought, well, that can happen, but for the rather high price, the filter simply doesn't last long enough.

Plus, you end up with bits of debris in the engine compartment because the filter really disintegrates.

I've now inserted a connector between the hoses, and the air goes directly out.

So far, I haven't noticed any disadvantages to the direct venting.

Maybe my nose is too sensitive, but I think the odor filter doesn't work!
The installation is simple, but unfortunately the result is not satisfactory.

Junk
After only 6 months the filter leaks, the aluminum tube apparently puffed from the inside by the coal. Defective design. Certainly not suitable for the marine environment (no water has entered my filter).

Hello, where exactly it should be connected?

Inline with the ventilation hose that goes from your bw tank. Note that the filter dies if your bw tank is overfilled so that its content goes out through the ventilation hose...

At the Ventilation hose above water line
