This rail wire self-assembly kit consists of 10 m stainless steel wire with white PVC cover (Ø 4 mm, outer Ø 7 mm) plus mounting terminal (right / left) with thread forks, nuts, allen screws and a matching allen key. The set is designed to make your railing safe and stable on board.
Rail wire set for self assembly
Our rail wire set contains all the important components needed for quick and easy installation:
- 1x mounting terminal with right thread
- 1x mounting terminal with left thread
- Forks for secure attachment
- Matching nuts and allen screws
- Allen key for easy installation
If properly installed, it is impossible to turn the wire in itself, since the set consists of 1x right threaded and 1x left threaded wire holder/fork terminals.
Mounting note for perfect tensioning
To ensure that this rail wire set works optimally, you should observe the following steps:
- Before tensioning: Unscrew the fork terminals evenly from the wire holder so that they are both sticking out at the same height.
- Even tensioning: Pay attention that each terminal is threaded into the wire holder with the same amount of turns.
- Prevent twisting: To keep the tension permanently, tighten the lock nuts firmly. This prevents unintentional loosening during use.

MY boat Bavaria Cruiser 45 (2013 ) item NUMBER 44340 product... this product is suitable how many meters wire (left and right) and how many terminals i need to buy

Hello, this set is for small boats only and one set is suitable for one side only so for 10m long boat you will need two sets. For large offshore boats I would suggest professional terminals as terminals included might not surrvive in rough sea conditions and high load. This set is good for lakes and small boats like mine Gib Sea 80+. Best, Pavel
