Laborious assembly

The aluminum sheet was apparently bent by hand without a template. You have to screw it on before screwing the bracket to the railing, since the nuts are on the inside. Unfortunately, the sheet then lies halfway over the other screws. Furthermore, two screws run from front to back, and the other two from back to front. This way, the same plastic part could be used twice. I would have preferred to pay an extra 2-3 euros, but it would have been cheaper to install and would have included a quality assurance system. But OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and the light with the two-wire principle for switching on is great.

After just the third season, the Velcro fasteners tore off when removing it from the railing -( The idea is that the bag is properly attached to the railing. Well, you can't rely on that and now I can throw the stuff away. SVB hasn't taken any notice of it. Of course it's out of warranty now, but if something important for safety doesn't hold up, it's a catastrophe. And after all, SVB has its own name on it. They shouldn't produce and sell such junk and thereby call their actually good reputation into question
