We offer several different models of electric toilets, each with distinct pump and macerator designs. These products have been on the market for many years, and we have not seen a high volume of issues related to the problem you described.

That said, we are always eager to learn more and continuously improve our products. To better understand the situation and determine whether any improvements are needed, we would appreciate your help in identifying which of our toilet models this issue concerns. Is it the Standard Electric or the Silent Electric model? The reason we ask is that these two models have different designs and sealing solutions between the motor and the pump.

Additionally, could you please clarify whether the leak involves black water or fresh water?
