The big challenge was pulling in new cables, but otherwise it works great!

We bought to replace the Webasto EVO3900, everything is very easy, same mount, same exhaust, our hot air pipe is already 100mm (the webasto outlet is smaller). The command and programming is more advanced and the configuration is easy. It's a bit noisier, we'll install a muffler. Highly recommended.

I installed the heater to replace my Webasto Airtop3500 which was showing its age. I can't tell any qualitative differences to the three times as expensive systems from the competitors. A few pointers for those interested
The mounting base (angle plate) from Webasto did not fit. It is advisable to order a matching base.
The connections for exhaust gas, air intake and diesel line, on the other hand, are compatible. The wiring harness is included, must be rerouted, not compatible.
The diesel pump is only half as loud as the Webasto one, same installation position. The circulation noises at the vents in the cabin, on the other hand, were somewhat louder. I have therefore installed the appropriate silencer for the flow of warm air directly behind the heater and am now amazed by the silence! You only hear a whisper. The control panel is absolutely great and completely intuitive. The three modes, booster, thermostat and timer are also nice. An external thermostat can also be connected, but in my opinion it is not necessary. All in all a great facility, 5 stars!
