Il prodotto è arrivato in breve tempo, ma nella scatola mancano le molle di assemblaggio. Non è possibile montarlo. Ho inviato una mail (2014080810000739) per segnalare il problema ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Non sono per niente soddisfatta.

Gent.ssima Cliente, ci dispiace che sia verificato questo disguido. Abbiamo ricevuto la Sua e-mail solo oggi e provveduto a inviarLe con la massima urgenza una confezione di molle sostitutive. Speriamo che riceva l\'articolo mancante al più presto e in questo modo potrà procedere al montaggio del Suo avvolgifiocco NEMO. Riceviamo la confezione, così come viene spedita, direttamente dal fabbricante e probabilmente le molle mancavano già nella confezione originaria.

Restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi problema e attendiamo un Suo feedback quando il rollafiocco sarà pronto per essere utilizzato.
