They seriously use a cardboard box measuring 25 x 17 x 5 cm for two Tenax buttons and their bases. The item would fit in a matchbox. And then they ship this item, which according to DHL is a small parcel (costing SVB a maximum of €3), for over €9.

Have they completely lost their common sense at SVB?
