Customer service and support were excellent – delivery via UPS was a flop.

The ordering process, customer support, and service were excellent. The packaging was also impeccable. However, the shipping with UPS was truly awful. UPS took eight days to deliver the package. For five of those days, it sat unexplained right next door in the UPS distribution center. When I inquired, UPS responded with untruths and excuses, claiming, "The recipient was not present at the time of delivery." But I'm absolutely certain no delivery attempt was made, and I was home all day!

Endlich ist das lang ersehnte Paket angekommen. Das Gerät flackert, und ich konnte seine Leistung noch nicht testen. An Service und Produktqualität habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Ich habe genau das gekauft, was ich wollte, aber die Lieferung war einfach nur katastrophal. DHL holt das Paket beim Absender ab und versendet es per normaler Post. Es hat über 40 Tage gedauert, bis es ankam, und es war völlig verbeult, als wäre ein Elefant darauf herumgetrampelt. Daher ist mir schleierhaft, warum dafür Geld verlangt wurde. Falls es für die Arbeit bestimmt war, dann ist das keine Arbeit, sondern Wucher.
