I ordered a few items from svb24.com and I wanted the items delivered by a particular time as I have some time off work and Im going to the boat for 10 days and I have a few projects to do while Im there and it would be good to have the items when I get there, One of the items was 11,50 GLEISTEIN "Mega Twin Dyneema" 8mm Item number 550132 I requested an eye splice tobe made at one end of the dyneema which I did effortlessly on there website giving them the size of the eye splice, I followed up with a phone call just to check that everything was OK and if it was possible that the packages could be sent to the boat within the time period I was at the boat, knowing too well it was the end of Christmas and coming up to the new year 2026 it might not be possible, I was informed that the splice would take two weeks to be made obviously this doesnt fit into my timeframe, so I explained to one of the staff members my situation along with other issues I had with STV 316 Switchboard by Philippi Item number 32597. The staff member was very professional and understood the situation and after a couple of phone calls between us and organizing the eye splices tobe made with in a couple of days, the issue with they Switchboard was resolved, As for the delivery schedule the actual items have already been delivered and are waiting for me at the boat in Italy and I havent even left Switzerland. This has been a great support to me and I can get my jobs done in the timeframe Im down there for thanks to the support of the SVB.24 Team
