My order arrived during a strike by the Belgian postal service, BPost. While I understand this isn't SVB's responsibility, it's unacceptable to wash their hands of the matter and do nothing for almost a month. They could have sent a new package via another method, knowing the original would be returned to them eventually. Furthermore, the email support I received wasn't as good as it should have been. This time, the experience was mediocre at best. I'll continue to shop here for convenience and price, but this time I'm completing the order disappointed.
I'm converting my long-keeled sailboat from lead-acid to lithium batteries. I found everything I needed on the SVB website, including instructions and tips. Best German sail outfitter!

I placed an order on May 12, 2026, and the app gave me a delivery date of May 18, 2026, with the extra UPS fee. The next day, I called SVB to expedite the process, and they told me I would arrive at the destination on Friday, May 15, or Saturday, May 16, 2026. I have an appointment to paint at the boatyard on May 18, 2026. However, when UPS received the product from SVB, they gave me a delivery date of May 20, 2026. We expect that the boatyard will be later, so they would have to paint on May 20 to get out on the water on Friday. Finally, the package arrived, and when I opened the box, there were three buckets of paint instead of four. I had already paid for four buckets on the invoice, and we received three. Now we have to use a different brand of paint, which we hope is compatible with International Micron 300.
