I am happy that there are still businesses that maintain personal customer contact.
In a time when everything has to be fast-paced and we live almost exclusively online, it's a real relief to be able to go into a store, see and touch the items you need in person, and receive competent and friendly advice if you have any questions.
Unfortunately, I can't afford a boat, even though it would be one of my dreams. My hard-earned money is going into converting my camper van, which, in a way, is also a form of freedom, like a boat. And for that, I'm happy to rely on SVB's product range.
Since I'm a big fan of Victron technology, I treated myself to the Phoenix Smart inverter, really only as a compromise, because I couldn't get hold of the Victron-compatible Bulltron 2000W 80A 12V/230V combination inverter I wanted, as it was unavailable and currently outside my budget.
So far, I'm very happy with the Phoenix I bought. Okay, it doesn't have the power output I would need, but oh well. Eventually, they'll upgrade.
I sincerely hope that SVB will be around for a very long time. I've reached the point where all this online shopping is getting on my nerves. I'm happy to pay a euro more to support and help preserve a local business.
Thank you, SVB team, keep up the good work and please stay in business for a long time!
