Even after weeks of hanging and squeezing, this hose refuses to lose its deformations, which reduce its cross-section by half. For a truly good vibratory pump, a permanently flexible spiral hose should definitely be used. These cheap hoses tend to harden over time. That's what happened with my old pump. It's now a stiff, rigid tube.
