CLASSIC Sunglasses / matte-grey

All Gill sunglasses are floatable. Equipped with integrated buoyant housing, UV-protection and 100% glare free polarized lenses, they are specifically designed for use on the water.  

Polarized lenses block the glare produced by light reflecting off the water or bright deck surfaces. This reflected light creates a distracting haze which can be a real issue when you're looking for marker buoys or checking sail trim. Polarizing lenses are made up of a number of functional elements ultra-carefully bonded together to achieve a high-performance optical product. The main element of the sandwich lens construction is the polarizing light filter in the center. Laminated to both sides of the filter are UV light absorbers. Optically corrected, shatter-resistant cushion elements are laminated to both sides of the UV absorbers, followed by a unique scatchproof coating applied to the outer surfaces.
