What is the difference between the Garmin FrontVü, and the one from Navico (https://www.svb24.com/en/navico-forwardscan-transducer.html) Just wondering why this one is almost the double as expensive? I recently bought a Garmin 922, so I assume, I have to go with the Garmin FrontVü. It would just be great to know that I was paying for something better. instead of just a brand.:-)
Hi Michael, please take look on this guide https://www.svb24.com/en/guide/sonar.html...we think there you find a very good explanation of the differences to make your decision
Hi Arne Your link does not work. Here is the right one: https://www.svb24.com/en/guide/sonar.html Very interresting guide thanks, though it does not give a comparison. It looks like the difference is in the frequency. Garmin #21512#: 417 Hz Navico #81465#: 183 Hz.
