The anchor chain for discerning boaters with respectable performance characteristics.This anchor chain is made of high-strength special steel and then hot-dip galvanised. It ensures a tensile strength of 70 kg / mm² and offers twice the breaking load compared to conventional chains with the same weight. The carrying capacity and loads are comparable to those of lifting chains.

The technology
This anchor chain is made by experts with a know-how for products that exceed usual market standards, with greater reliability and performance. The chain is not only limited to statutory requirements for calibrated anchor chains (grade 3), but goes even further, with increased mechanical performance. With a breaking strength of grade 70, it achieves a strength that far exceeds normal standards.
A longer chain but the same weight
The higher breaking load of this chain means that a smaller diameter provides the same mechanical resistance as a conventional chain with a larger diameter. This means that it is possible to choose a much longer chain, without increasing the weight in the chain locker.

I am enquiring about your G 7 chain. I would be looking for 100 meters at 10mm. I need a new gypsy so I don’t care if the product is Din766 (22904) or ISO 818 (22093). Is there any difference in availability between the 2 different chains ? Your literature shows these chains are made by MF. Thanks for your time.

Hi! I’d like to buy 8 mm high stregth anchor chain 22902. I have a Lewmar Concept 1 windlass (1999). Its specifications are 8 mm DIN 766 / ISO. My present chain measurements are 8x22(or 23)x24 mm (d x t x b). Your chain is 8 x 24 x 26 mm. Do You think the 22902 chain works for my windlass?
