Modernise the electrical system of your BAVARIA sailing yacht with the REFIT panel for the factory-fitted Panel 16. The Panel 16 was installed on Bavaria sailing yachts from 1997 to 2002.
Plug & play solution
The Refit-Panel 16 is equipped with a pre-assembled wiring harness to enable simple and safe installation. The refit panel has the same installation dimensions as the original panel.
3.5" battery monitor
Compared to the factory-fitted Panel 301, the refit panel has a 3.5" touch display, which enables all important battery and tank data to be read. The scope of delivery includes the TIL tank interface, which converts the signals from the factory-fitted fresh water and waste water probes so that they are displayed in the battery monitor.
If two waste tanks are installed on board your Bavaria, the TIL#2 tank interface is also required. This is available separately.
To display the battery status and the flowing currents, the shunt SHE348 is also required. This can simply be connected to the battery monitor.
Thanks to the shunt, it is possible to monitor the vehicle electrical system. This gives you an overview of the state of charge and unusual loads, allowing you to optimise your battery management system. The shunt is installed close to the consumer batteries. On a Bavaria, these are often located under the saloon benches.
Thermal circuit breaker
The panel is equipped with 16 thermal circuit breakers for the standard consumers on board. The circuit breakers provide reliable protection against overloading and short circuits. Individual circuit breakers can also be easily replaced during servicing.
Versatile equipment
In addition to the thermal circuit breaker and the battery monitor, the refit panel has a USB-C/A charging socket and a cigarette lighter socket.
