Product details

PLASTIMO's telescopic marker buoy, made of fiberglass, complies with ISAF and ORC regulations and can be extended from a retracted length of 1.95 m to a length of 3.52 m. The height above the waterline is 2.30 m. It incorportates a cylindrical PVC floatation body, a lead ballast and 3 m of floating rope for attaching additional rescue equipment (e.g. a lifebuoy). At the top of the buoy is a yellow-red signal flag. The matching bracket is available from us, as is the light (available separately).

The buoy floats vertically well in light winds. In gusts, it tilts quite a bit, but doesn't completely sink to the water like some inflatables. It doesn't come with any mounting hardware. A flashlight is also not included.
