Outstanding value for money, easy handling and good driving characteristics: we give you our PEARL 260 yacht tender! PEARL, our high-performance alternative to the NEMO series of slatted bottom inflatable boats, has an air floor, which not only makes the dinghy easier to stow, it also gives the boat more dynamic driving characteristics due to the harder floor. The boat is the perfect choice for those who are looking for an affordable yacht tender or dinghy for occasional use.
Note on the material: The PEARL inflatable boats are made of a special 5-layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The base is made of a synthetic fibre fabric reinforcement (polyester). The fabric has 1100 Decitex, making it particularly strong. It is covered on the inside and outside with an adhesive layer which serves as a carrier for a double-sided PVC coating. This keeps the inflatable boat light and robust. We use PVC that is specially developed for the production of inflatable boats and has been tried and tested for years. Recommended air floor pressure: 0.6 bar. NOTE: Contrary to what is written in the manual, no pressure gauge is included in delivery contents. You can find a suitable pressure gauge in the recommendations!

The workmanship of the boat is good, no doubt about it.

But the boat is difficult to steer at slow speeds because, as is usual with other boats, there is no keel to keep it on track. Also, as is usual with other manufacturers, there are no handles on the top of the longitudinal chambers to which you can, for example, attach the dinghy to the railing of the sailboat using rope. The ropes attached on both sides are not suitable for this.
In addition, an instruction manual for folding the dinghy would be helpful in the event that the boat can be reliably and completely covered with the tarpaulin provided.
