She is simply the best!

Very good vest for very tall people I tried on a lot of life jackets on the boat and found the Secumar Survivals, with their adjustable back, to be the most comfortable for me as a 2-meter-tall man. Since I mostly sail close to the coast, I considered whether the 220 would be sufficient and ordered it as well. In the end, however, I decided that the 275 fit better because it's a bit longer. My wife was so impressed with the 220 that she kept it for herself.

The heart of the SURVIVAL 275 is the flotation bladder, designed with more shape over the shoulders. The shape also allows the life jacket to be shorter and it is ergonomically designed to lie back on the shoulders and not drag down on the neck. The webbing and back section also now sport a padded area for even greater comfort.

Buoyancy Chamber / CO2 re-arming / body weight:

Application / description:

Yachting and cruising, offshore sailing (blue water). Ergonomically shaped shoulder area for optimal freedom of movement, especially suitable for long trips.

Comfort and freedom of movement

The ergonomically formed protection case offers a maximum of freedom of movement and allows a permanent wearing of the life jacket. The back part and the underside of the life jacket are additionally padded.

SECUMAR Window

The functional control is now easier than before. At a glance, you can check from the outside through the window of the cover if the triggering mechanism is ready to go.

New floatation body design

The new design of the floatation body of the SURVIVAL makes a quicker turning into the back position possible.

Softshell in the neck part

Say goodbye to neck sores. Softshell guarantees a comfortable wearing experience on your neck.

Taking on and off

Taking the life jacket on and off is very easy due to the SECUMAR click belt. It is put on like a normal jacket.

Integration of distress beacons

The AIS-SART easyRESCUE A040-BW-COM marine beacon can be installed in the life jacket via an integrated pocket. In addition, an extra strap is available which can be used to install the following marine beacons: OCEAN signal PLB1, Kannad SafeLink R10, McMurdo Smartfind S20, ACR ResQLink+.

Does not disturb and is quick to respond

Worn for 4 weeks, no one who needs a vest with this level of buoyancy can complain about the weight. Doesn't get in the way when working on the boat, comes off quickly and puts on very quickly.
