Product details
The name SPRENGER has stood for quality for over 140 years. This compact S-block series is characterized by its excellent workmanship, smooth running and high load capacity. The blocks offer optimal guidance through their specially shaped side sections made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. Increased safety with their dimensionally stable stainless steel straps. Breaking load: 600 kg.

- Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
- For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
- Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
- Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
- Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
- Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
