Flat air vent for constant ventilation, even during unattended lay time. The vent can be mounted horizontally or at any angle. Made from stainless steel with a clear centre moulding. Waterproof. Dimensions: overall Ø: 228 mm, height: 38.5 mm, installation diameter: 98 mm. The fan is equipped with a wraparound seal. It can be screwed on deck on clean and smooth surfaces without further sealing material. Screws for mounting are included.

Fan is installed in the foreship hatch

The fan is waterproof,
Even if there is a lot of water coming through, there has never been a water leak!
It would be ideal if the light insert was available as a separate spare part! The plastic yellows over time, but all other components, especially the stainless steel cover, are still flawless and do their job even after years.

The product is good but there is a difference between the instruction video and the photos. The white part is upside down in the video compared to the photo. I followed the photo method and the camera does what it is supposed to do. If one follows the method in the video there will be no venting and is not mounted tight as the o-ring closes off the air inlet when it should be on deck to make the whole sealed.
