1500 kg or 300 kg? Article 18009 --- SVB specifies a maximum breaking load of 1500 kg, the schackels have printed 300 kg. Now I am in doubt whether I should buy a bigger one. Breaking load versus working load not listed in the catalogue
In the catalog the breaking load is given as 6000 kg, shackles 10 mm. The WWL (working load) of 1200 kg is stated on the purchased and delivered shackle. Why are both values not given in the catalog? Working load 1200 kg for a shackle with 10 mm, for the proud price of 58.00 EUR including shipping, is in my opinion too little for the anchor-chain connection. Even to the request by e-mail, 10 days ago, no response from SVB to date. Does Corona also have a negative impact on the quality at SVB?
