This adhesive or filler is unsurpassed. Hardened results in a light metal-like mass that can be wonderfully drill, file or turn as aluminum. Also I have already cut threads with larger drilling, filling and cutting fresh repaired. In addition, the compound adheres very well to previously degreased metal surfaces. The mixed product is doughy, and can be molded very plastically without running away quickly. Nevertheless, it sweeps creamy and does not crumbles. Of course, it runs contrary to gravity in large quantities. However, the compromise has been achieved. Easier than welding and soldering! Whatever tears, bursts or leaks: with bonding steel, you can fix anything with ease without technical knowledge. Bonding steel is suitable to fill holes, cracks, corners, edges, leaks, etc. You can even stick dissimilar materials: eg wood with metal or cast with stone. It is applicable as a filler. Once hard, this material can be processed like metal: drilling, filing, turning, cutting threads.

Because the two tubes are only produced as a "complete open-and-throw-the-rest" solution. Who does that??? I wanted to close a small gap in a frame and then throw away 9 out of 1010ths of the product!!! Seriously, people – that's just ridiculous!

I'm giving it two stars because I put the product away for this reason and chose a more sensible alternative.

So, WARNING – if you buy this, make sure you'll use the entire amount!!! You can mix it in smaller batches, but at the end of the "session," you just have to throw away whatever's left over!

YC-STEELBOND hat einen Materialinhalt von 125 g. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, nur die Hälfte der Menge (ca. 60 g) anzurühren.

Für kleinere Reparaturen steht alternativ das Produkt YC-EPOXY METALL mit zwei Minikartuschen und einem Gesamtinhalt von 32 g zur Verfügung. Mithilfe der Mischdüse werden die beiden Komponenten automatisch vermengt, sodass die gewünschte Menge einfach ausgepresst werden kann.

Wir empfehlen, sich vor dem Kauf und der Durchführung einer Reparatur über die jeweiligen Materialien, Einsatzgebiete und Verpackungsgrößen zu informieren.
