Fits. For a 102mm flexible tube, I took the hose with an inner diameter of 125mm, but you shouldn't choose it any smaller. The outer material is not exactly robust, but otherwise everything is ok. Since I unfortunately couldn't find any information here about suitable insulating hoses for the heating hoses, I chose the 125mm diameter for my 90s Webasto heating hoses. Unfortunately it is much too big. It would be nice if the product description at least suggested the right insulation for your own Webasto items. Unfortunately, there is no information about items from the same manufacturer that are supposed to be installed together.
