Comprehensive and very well-documented maintenance of the life jackets. After disassembly, inspections, and replacement of parts, everything was neatly reassembled, very well packaged, and documented. Missing items
An unpleasant surprise to find that only part of my order was present.

Only the custom-made cables were there, without the turnbuckles and connectors (and the SVB catalog) – that's six items!

Customer service is asking me for photos... which I will provide... But honestly, I doubt that will make any difference! My word is my bond...
