SVB is excellent.

I have ordered many items from SVB and will undoubtedly buy more in the future. Great products at great prices, and the phoneemail service is prompt and excellent. One warning - when you order make sure to specify DHL. They delivered the item today on time and at the right place. In the past UPS has consistently got it wrong; said that we were not there when we were (and not calling) or being unable to find where we were despite clear instructions that would be even clearer simply by looking at a map app. This has resulted in either repeated attempts at delivery or us having to traipse to a UPS depot which is not easy if you don't have a car. No reflection on SVB - great company.
