I have the previous model, but that's irrelevant. During the initial quick test after unpacking, I got Error 30. After a few attempts to plug and unplug it, it worked; you always look for the problem yourself first. Unfortunately, I now have the product in Greece. He's throwing them out; the loss is well into five figures. Do your own research!
